NMOGS recently conducted a CME named Different Strokes.. The CME was a mixed bag of topics pertinent to everyday Obstetrics and Gynaecology practice. The meeting kicked off with a sumptuous breakfast to satisfy the hunger demons first. This was followed by an eye opening Talk by Dr Manish Machave on how to avoid wrong surgeries on wrong patients.

The following talk by Dr Neelima Bhambre on medicolegal aspects of Genital Surgery was well received too. The final session of the day was dedicated to post op and post natal care.

Renowned anesthetist Dr Anita Roy presented the Anesthetist's point of view in managing post op infections.

Dr Anil Deshpande shared his experience and expertise in managing post op wound infections and Dr Sumit Mehta expounded upon diagnosing and managing UTI and Stones in pregnancy and post op period.

Dr Dipti Mulay as the Master of Ceremony conducted the CME while keeping a lively discussion going. The vote of thanks was followed by another round of lip smacking food. Overall the CME was a perfect amalgamation of scientific give and take, camaraderie and fellowship.
